PRODUCT DISCRIPTION

The Unigen SATADOM SSDs are case‐less solid state drives that provide low power and high read performance in an ultra small form factor. They are ideal for boot applications in industrial servers, workstation platforms and also storage requirement applications, which reduce access times, and is a durable alternative to conventional hard disc drives.

There are two types of Nand flash features supported in Unigen’s SATADOM product line.

► MLC mode: 32GB / 64GB / 128GB capacities available.

► pSLC mode: 16GB / 32GB / 64GB capacities available.

▷ Pseudo SLC can be considered as an extended version of MLC which provides better performance and higher endurance than MLC.

▷ pSLC is much more cost‐effective than SLC Nand flash.

With SATA 6Gbps performance, the Unigen pSLC SATADOM SSDs provide the bandwidth to deliver effective sequential read/write performances up to 515/390 MB/s, and random read/write IOPS up to 30K/35K, enabling mobile, embedded and small form factor systems to break through the band‐width limitations imposed by 3Gb/s SATA and other often used solutions like USB drives, CompactFlash™ cards or hard disc drives.
