When I started at Unigen, I didn’t expect to stay long. I began working as a Production Operator fresh out of university and originally planned to continue searching for jobs related to my major in Computer Science. But other colleagues noticed my drive and education background and recommended expanding my duties to other departments from Manufacturing Engineering to Information Systems where I could put some of my skills to use. I’m currently the IT Manager at Unigen overseeing the network & systems administration, information systems, software development, and information security teams for the company. Going on 15 years now, I’ve enjoyed that my efforts have always been recognized and that I was given the opportunity to grow and advance.
