While we continue to use the same high-quality equipment, including Fuji printing and placement systems, Vitrox SPI, AOI, and AXI inspection, and the Goldland conveyor transfer system, the U-Line layout optimizes our production process to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
Why We Made This Change
While an I-Line layout is effective for smaller scale production, our increasing volume and growing customer demand for US based manufacturing required a more scalable solution.
One key factor that drove us to make this upgrade is the trend of companies bringing production back to the US. With our expanded domestic capabilities, we are ready to support our customers who need secure and reliable US based production.
Benefits of the U-Line
- Speed: Reduced travel distance improves our production cycle times
- Accuracy: Optimized equipment layout ensures higher precision in assembly
- Operator-Friendly: Reduces the distance operators need to move and decreases the manpower required to run the line by sharing operators
